1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for products that are non-faulty, unused, and in their original condition. A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

Eligible for Return:

  • The product is completely unused and has not been installed.
  • Original and undamaged packaging (including seals).
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.

How to Request a Return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and a clear video showing the product and packaging condition.
  3. Follow the shipping instructions provided by our team.
  4. Ship the product back securely in its original protective packaging.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is not damaged during transit. Electrostore.pk will only cover shipping costs if the wrong item was delivered.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after we receive, inspect, and verify the returned product's technical integrity.

Refund Methods:

  • JazzCash / Bank Transfer: Processed within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or a mutually agreed digital payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items showing signs of installation or mounting.
  • Solar Inverters or Batteries with broken warranty seals.
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Faulty or Wrong Item:
