Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Terms and Conditions for Purchases from Electrostore.pk

If you require technical support or have questions regarding our warranty terms, please contact our support team before attempting any installations.

1. Checking Warranty on Specific Items

Electrostore.pk provides a strictly limited seven (7) day checking warranty on select smaller electronics, starting exactly from the time of delivery confirmation. Products explicitly marked "No Warranty" on the product page are completely excluded.

Eligible Products for the 7-Day Checking Warranty:

  • VA Protectors
  • Breakers
  • Smart WiFi Devices
  • Basic accessories

(Note: High-capacity items such as Solar Inverters and Lithium Batteries are strictly governed by their respective Manufacturer Warranties, not this 7-day checking policy).

2. Warranty Claim Requirements

Your digital purchase receipt and order number serve as your primary warranty documentation. We do not require a physical warranty card, but the original product packaging, manuals, and accessories must be retained and returned in perfect condition for any claim to be processed.

3. Strict Warranty Exclusions (Void Conditions)

Warranties will be immediately and irrevocably voided if the item has been subjected to any of the following:

  • Improper Installation: Damage resulting from incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, overloading, short-circuiting, or failure to use adequate surge protection.
  • Physical Damage: Any signs of drops, impacts, cracks, bending, or severe scratches.
  • Environmental Damage: Exposure to liquids, excessive moisture, severe dust buildup, direct continuous sunlight (for non-outdoor rated equipment), or extreme temperatures.
  • Unauthorized Tampering: Any signs of disassembly, broken warranty seals, self-repair, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Force Majeure: Damage from uncontrollable external forces, including but not limited to lightning strikes, power grid surges, fires, floods, or earthquakes.

4. Damaged or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Items

If your order arrives physically damaged or fails to power on straight out of the box, you must contact Electrostore.pk support within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report transit damage or DOA status within this window will result in the rejection of the claim.

5. Manufacturer Warranties for Box-Packed / Heavy Equipment

Brand new, box-packed items—specifically Solar Inverters, Lithium Batteries, and heavy electrical loads—are covered solely by the official manufacturer's warranty.

  • Warranty periods and terms vary by brand. Please refer to the specific documentation provided inside the box or the manufacturer's official website.
  • Electrostore.pk acts only as a distributor. For imported items (from China, UK, UAE, etc.), warranty agreements exist strictly between the buyer and the manufacturer or the authorized local service center.
  • Electrostore.pk will assist in providing purchase proof but is not responsible for the execution, approval, or turnaround time of manufacturer warranty claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Electrostore.pk be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or failure of the products sold. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of power, loss of profits, property damage from electrical fires, or damage to connected appliances. Our maximum total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the specific product in question.
